The House Rules may encompass guidelines about pets, smoking, noise policy, maximum occupancy, check-in/check-out times, and other property-specific conditions.
Non-compliance with these House Rules may result in additional charges, withholding of the security deposit, or immediate termination of your stay without refund, at the sole discretion of Fabshortstay. By confirming a reservation, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of FabShortStay, and to any additional terms and conditions of the property that may apply to your reservation or during your stay, including for services rendered and/or products offered by the property.
The general cancellation and no-show policy of each property are made available on our website on the property pages, during the reservation procedure, and in the confirmation email or ticket (if applicable).
Please note that certain rates, fees, or special offers are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or change. Applicable city/town ordinances, laws, or regulations may also predetermine the cancellation policy. Please check the property details thoroughly for any such conditions before making your reservation.
