• May-September 2011: $160 night / Weekly Rental: $1,000
• October-February 2012: $140 night / Weekly Rental: $800
• Monthly Rental: $2,200 / Monthly Rental Cleaning Fee: $100
• Accommodation Tax: 13.5%
• Cleaning Fee: $75 (Cleaning fee waived with weekly rental)

 

Non-Refundable $25 deposit is required for all reservations.

 

Travel Guard Insurance is available for purchase by guests for $150.

Travel Guard Insurance covers guests and their vacation investment if the unexpected happens.

PAYMENT- The total amount of your stay is to be paid in full 60 days prior to your stay. 

DAMAGE/RESERVATION PAYMENT- This must be received within two days of receipt of Paypal invoice to ensure your vacation dates. The following provisions are expected: 

 

• No damage is done to the unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
• No charges are incurred due to contraband, 411 charges or the oredering of movies via the cable company during your stay. 
• All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in the dumpster. Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. 
• Used linen (excluding comforters and shams) are to be placed at the foot of the beds. 
• No linen should be damaged or lost. 
• Unit is to be left locked, with lights and Central Heat/Air off.
• All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
• Guests are parked in their designated spaces only.
• Guests are not to be evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or local law enforcement. 

 

The preferred method of payment is via Paypal where all Major Credit Cards are accepted.

CANCELLATIONS: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. 

• Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty.
• Cancellations that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. 
• Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
