Fit for Kings and Queens, the Arco Town Homes presents two master suites that are ideal for the ultimate private retreat.  

An unbelievable view and taking over the entire third floor, one master bedroom features a Queen-size bed and oversized bathroom. The master suite on the second floor also has a Queen-size bed, a Whirlpool tub with a private balcony overlooking Lake Palmetto. 

 

Both master suites feature trendy décor and cable-ready Flat Screen TVs for the guests' enjoyment.   

The Arco Town Homes outdoor area offer guests serenity and peace as it overlooks Lake Palmetto. With a Charcoal BBQ Grill, patio furniture and a gorgeous Grand Deck extending over the water, guests can experience the GREAT outdoors at their feet. 

 

Filled with Carp and Large Mouth Bass Fish as well as turtles, guests will be able to enjoy favorite pastimes as fishing, feeding the animals and even cooking outdoors to capture the essence of camping in your own backyard. Guests receive two parking spaces located directly in front of their town home with additional parking near the Association Office.
