The community is located in an area that allows you to shop where the locals shop and eat where the locals eat. The community is within walking distances of Tanger's outlet, Walmart, restaurants, a movie theater and various hotels (so you are in good company). The historic distict is a short 15 minutes drive away. While in the Historic District, you can also shop (in very expensive stores), mingle and eat (in very expensive restaurants). The difference is that once your day in the Historic district is over, you can escape back to this picturesque community where there is no charge to park, and sit in front of two very different views. Our Arco property has a view of Lake Palmetto. The Lake Palmetto unit has more of a woodsy view of a pond with a beautiful water feature.
